Belle-Hélène
Two pancakes filled with Callebaut dark chocolate (55%) and freshly cut organic Conférences pears. Served in eight bites with a crunchy dark chocolate heart and nicely garnished with extra dark chocolate and almonds.
For the more adventurous, you can choose Callebaut pure dark chocolate (80%).
Cheesecrepe
Two pancakes filled with local cream cheese, red fruits jam and Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps biscuits. Served in eight bites nice garnished with red fruits coulis and crispy biscuits pieces. The rediscovery of the cheescake!
S'Mores
Two pancakes filled with Callebaut milk chocolate, toasted marshmallows and Jules Destrooper Butter Crisps biscuits. Served in eight bites nicely garnished with fine sugar and crispy biscuits pieces.
Death by Chocolate
The pancake for absolute chocolate lovers! Two pancakes filled with layers of Callebaut dark chocolate (55%) and Callebaut milk chocolate. Served in eight bites with a crunchy white chocolate heart and nicely garnished with extra garnish of white chocolate.
